Victoria's background, both at Triaster and previously, makes her very effective in her role of Client Services Director.
After taking a science degree, which brings a rigour to her analysis skills and (following working in the agricultural industry) spending two years as a management consultant, when Victoria joined Triaster in 2010 she gained valuable insight into customer requirements, working as Triaster's Customer Project Support Consultant. Undertaking this role she learnt 'at the coalface' what is important to a project team implementing Business Process Management and Improvement. Now Client Services Director, Victoria is able to quickly gain a clear understanding of potential customers' requirements and how they can best achieve them. As well as continuing to support existing customers who are undertaking new projects.
We asked her to tell us about her Client Services Director role and say what she most likes about it:
As Client Services Director I am very fortunate to be able to work closely with both our potential and existing customers. I really enjoy understanding the challenges everyone is facing and how we can help support these and then enable them to achieve their objectives. With such a diverse range of customers it is very rewarding being involved in a wide variety of projects and to see them gradually, or sometimes quite rapidly(!) come to fruition. Another benefit of my role is the ability to feed in to the Triaster Solution development. Working with users of the solution always provides valuable feedback. Being able to feed this in to first line development ensures our customers' needs get logged and taken in to consideration effectively.
"Victoria, I just wanted to say a very BIG thank you for supporting the meeting yesterday. The demonstration of a "fully working" trial hit all the buttons and provided a real Wow factor for my colleague from the US. He was genuinely impressed by the speed of delivery from 0% to deployment and the benefits the system offers."
Victoria is currently on maternity leave following the birth of her son Luca.
Trained as a scientist, taking a degree in medical biology. Following this worked in the agricultural industry and then moved to management consultancy
